Clues Are at the Samora Island Shrine
Sail east from Delesia to reach Samora Island. There are two books in the shrine at the center of the island, and they are said to reveal the locations of all four blueprint pieces.
Pieces 1 and 2 — Great Reef Wreck
Dive and search the wreck near the whirlpool of the Great Reef beside the Silent Sea to find 2 pieces. The whirlpool pulls you in and sinks your mount, so approach while avoiding it.
Piece 3 — Bravgork Shipyard
Fast travel to Regent Rise, climb onto the unfinished pirate ship on land, and enter the storage area beneath the hull through the door behind the stairs to find the piece.
Piece 4 — Estra Island Beach Camp
From Delesia, sail through the southern sea past Bergel Island to the southeast beach of Estra Island. The last piece sits on a table under a tent.
Restoration and Building
Select one of the pieces and press 'Restore' and all 4 merge into one.
Reading the restored blueprint unlocks the build dispatch mission and the Turtle-Head Bow Cannon recipe.
Start the build mission at Delesia's Stoneward Harbor (translated name).

Crafting the Turtle-Head Bow Cannon
Made at the carpentry workbench with 1 Natural Pearl, 3 Sea Fan Coral, 50 Flawless Lumber, 50 Iron Ore and 30 Gunpowder. The side cannons are dragon cannons.
Performance
With health 12,000, speed 5, acceleration 4 and handling 4, it is sturdier and faster than the Phantom Ship (health 9,200).
Differences from the Phantom Ship
The Phantom Ship is obtained by sinking an enemy ship and digging up a chest with the map, but the Eastern Assault Ship is about exploration and collecting with no combat. It is travel-focused, with diving near the whirlpool and exploring inside the unfinished pirate ship, so it suits players who find combat burdensome.

Sailing crew: It's a long voyage to Estra Island, so assigning a first mate helps.

After Building
The build dispatch takes 4 days 4 hours, so after sending materials and companions, you can do other content and come back. The finished ship has 12,000 health, sturdier than the Phantom Ship, so it lasts longer in naval combat. It is a head-on fighting setup using the side dragon cannons together with the Turtle-Head Bow Cannon. However, the rule that you must fill the gunner slots to fire cannons applies to both ships.
💡 Tip: The piece locations are scattered across three regions, so plan a route from Delesia: east (Samora Island, Great Reef) → Regent Rise → south (Estra Island).
⚠ Some international sources describe the blueprint as a single treasure item instead of pieces, so they differ. Check in your inventory which one applies. We couldn't confirm where to get Giant Hydrothermal Salamander Hide. Place and ship names are English translations, and official Korean names are unconfirmed.
