This is the last part of the story walkthrough series. It covers Secret Garden, the orbital elevator Spire 4, Burning Xion and the fight with Raven. It contains major late-game story points.
Bosses: Belial, Demogorgon, the dark-winged Alpha Naytiba, Raven
Note: One guide says gates close after Spire 4
Before you go on
According to Mapmaster, gates close after Spire 4, making it hard to return for collectibles in remaining areas. Finish each region's side quests and collectibles first. For the branching endings, see the existing post on the three endings and New Game+.
Mission 10: Secret Garden (Eidos 9)
At Lily's request the group travels to Eidos 9. Defeat the Cocoons in Sector 1, go to Sector 2, defeat the Cocoons there and head to Lily's Atelier. Obstacles then block the way toward space.
Mission 11: Eye of the Hurricane (Spire 4)
Travel up the orbital elevator Spire 4 toward the Central Core.
Fight the boss Belial. Right after, take the metal staircase and Lily directs you to a supply camp. The Dam Maintenance Gate passcode is in this stretch.
After the conveyor belt with green lasers, a supply camp awaits.
In the Raphael Space Center, open Gate 3, take the Body Core from the corpse in the middle of enemies and use the Gate 2 passcode.
Restore power and pass the gates; a supply camp sits just before Gate 4.
When Cargo Lift 121 sticks, go through the door Lily points out, take the left stairs and lift down, and scan the corpse for a Body Core.
On the Tower Outer Wall, use service drones to get back inside and kill the Machine Hive.
Aboard Passenger Lift 161, the camp is on the left.
The mission ends by defeating the Alpha Naytiba Demogorgon at the Central Core.
Mission 12: Burning Xion
After the third Alpha Naytiba falls, EVE and Lily rush back to Xion.
Fight the dark Alpha Naytiba in the Presence Chamber.
Go to the Hyper Drive and talk to Lily to finish.
The city is on the brink of destruction from the dark-winged Alpha Naytiba.
Mission 13: Last Fragment
With the Master Core in hand, EVE and Lily follow Adam's hover bike signal. Search nearby with Lily, find Adam's hover bike, travel to the Nest and fight Airborne Squad member Raven. Raven is tough, so learn dodge and parry timing and arrive with full potions and Beta Skills.
What remains
Mission 14, Selection of Species (find the Elder Naytiba), and mission 15, EVE Protocol (battles with Lily, the Airborne Squad and the Elder), branch by your choice, so check the endings post first.
