Nvidia has paid in full its 1.3412 trillion won investment in Naver, according to a regulatory filing the company made with Korea's Financial Supervisory Service, as reported on November 6, 2026.
The deal is a paid-in capital increase allocated to a third party, with 6,558,435 new common shares issued. Nvidia will hold 4.13% of Naver, making it the third-largest shareholder behind the National Pension Service at 9.49% and BlackRock at 7.31%.
The investment amount did not change, but currency movements reduced the number of new shares issued, lowering the expected stake from 4.54% to 4.13%.
A precondition for Nvidia's investment has also been met: Naver signed an agreement with Brookfield to secure up to $9 billion, about 12.19 trillion won, in computing infrastructure. In July, Naver announced it would attract a combined 14.6 trillion won from Nvidia and Brookfield.
