Info[Stellar Blade News] November 2026 roundup — Switch 2 launch, Bayonetta collab and the sequel Blood Rain

The Stellar Blade board is open. To start, here is everything that has happened so far.

Switch 2 Complete Edition (November 6)

• Out November 5 in the US (November 6 KST) for $59.99.

• The base game and all DLC (NieR:Automata and Goddess of Victory: NIKKE collabs, Bayonetta outfits) are on the cartridge; no download needed.

• Joy-Con 2 motion controls work outside combat.

Free Bayonetta collaboration update

• Also free on PS5 and PC (PC 1.5.0, PS5 01.015.000).

• Adds four Couture Bullet outfits (Bayonetta, Jeanne, Nun, Black Tresses) plus glasses and earrings.

• The Arrange Tracks 2 soundtrack came out on streaming the same day.

Sequel: Stellar Blade: BLOOD RAIN

• Revealed at Summer Game Fest in June 2026 with a 3.5-minute in-game trailer.

• A direct sequel set after the first game's ending; the new heroine fights mainly with gauntlets.

• Shift Up publishes it itself. No date or platforms yet; it is in early development.

Major updates so far

• May 2024: Boss Challenge mode and new suits.

• November 2024: photo mode.

• June 11, 2025: PC release and the NIKKE collab DLC (outfits, a boss fight, mini-games, jukebox songs).

• September 2025 (1.4.1): three epilogues, one per ending, and a hidden request.

• 1 million in two months; over 3 million after the PC launch (1 million on PC in 3 days).
